Document Control Clerk/Data Entry
The document control clerk will be managing the receipt, processing and return of documents for the energy group and will be located at our client site in Borger, Texas. This position will be responsible for the recording of dates, drawing numbers, revisions, status, and comments into a project database to track and manage the orderly processing of these documents. The position requires tracking progress on the review of the documents. This includes interacting with the engineering team to assure packages are reviewed in a timely manner. Once reviewed, the status is entered into the database and the package is forwarded on for return to the appropriate parties. Attention to detail is essential to the success of this position. The database is based on MS Access. Familiarity with the creation of queries, forms and reports desired.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as but not limited to: computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
